Orco Property Group playing football at the Sreality Cup!

Warsaw sales

Congratulations to Alicja and her sales team in Poland for closing 10 new residential deals in June with a value of 6.3 million PLN ( approx 1.53 mil Euro)!Two apartments were sold at Feliz Residence and 8 at Klonowa Aleja.
Sales in Orco projects in Warsaw have been extrememly constant this year following a tough 2009 on the Polish residential market where supply outstripped demand and prices tumbled in certain districts to pre 2007 prices.
