Palac Archa success

Orco Property Group are pleased to announce the signing of a new 1400 m2 major tenant in the Palac Archa project in downtown Prague http://www.orco.cz/palac-archa.html. Our new tenant, Gennet Group are a Genetics and Reproduction medicine centre and one of the leaders in the field of IVF with clients coming to them from all over Europe due to their latest technologies.  Gennet will take over a whole wing of Palac Archa  and have their own reception to ensure the confidentiality of their cients.
