Orco Benice: PHASE 1b: SALES HAVE BEGUN!!!!

After our successful completion of sales at Phase One of Orco Benice, we are now selling Phase 1b.  Phase 1b consists of 10 homes built to shell and core with facades.  This allows the buyer to finish the inside completely as if they were building a Custom Designed Home!  The 10 homes include semi-detached and individual homes with lovely garden lands!  House B6 was sold under Future Purchase Contract by Marjan Gigov, Orco Property Group Senior Sales Manager's, clients who are looking forward to getting started on their interior finishes!
