New lease at Focus Point Hungary

With the occupancy rate in class B buildings standing at around 30% in some areas
of Budapest we are pleased to announce yet another new lease of 400 m2 at Focus Point on Dohany utca. In the last 2 months we have now signed 1150 m2 at this centrally located property which is owned by the Endurance Fund and managed by Orco Property Group.
The new tenants will move into their new space on the 7th floor at the end of August. Well done Andras Kovacs for your hard work.
