Which bank is coming to Bubenska?
Raiffeisen Stavebni Sportitelna http://www.rsts.cz/ have today signed a contract to open a branch office in Bubenska .Their new premises, on a prime retail corner will provide better cover for the residents of Prague 7 to open their special building savings account. Stavebi Sporeni has been a huge success in the Czech republic and has enabled a large percentage of the population to be able to save up for a deposit on their new homes.
This is a good sign that the banks will once again be opening their doors to the mortgage market.
